We recognize the importance of
integrating Saudi nationals
throughout the organizational
structure and have been
practicing several steps to
constantly increase our Saudi
professional personnel.The organization’s current
Saudization level is 22%, and,
we intend to achieve the plan of
increasing Saudization level to
50% in 5 years and 80% in the
next 10 years. To achieve the
objectives, RGC has developed
the following strategies;

development of Saudi’s
- Develop a self motivated
approach with trained Saudi
staff to encourage ownership and
personnel development
- Use existing internal training
expertise to develop a long term
plan aimed at delivering maximum
local utilization of Saudi
Staff.
- Assigning well qualified staff
for senior positions
- Performance assessment
programs for key senior
positions
- Mentorship programs to
encourage mentor and protégé
relationships.
